Hannover Industrial Fair – former pavilion and representative exhibition space for the lighting industry.
A glass block wall as a light-active media surface at a time when the term “media facade” did not yet exist.
In the foreground a light ceiling foil formed as an oversized hourglass.
View into the lighting technology luminaire park behind the glass block wall.
Head-mounted stage lights, 4-color dimmable fluorescent fixtures, digital strobes, and 16mm film projectors with continuous loops were used.
